Ever pull the trigger on something, something that makes you extremely uncomfortable but something that brings you so much excitement for the endless possibilities?

It is with great gratitude that I thank West Jefferson for supporting me the past three years. My business has thrived and helped so many .

We will be building and relocating and the plan is to be moved late April early may .

Im so excited to continue to serve those I've built such a great relationship with and also build new relationships as we move . If you have any questions I'd love to answer them ...

Starting FREEZE DRY FRIDAY this week.
Each week we will be freeze drying something new and then reconstitute the previous weeks food.

Comment below things you would like to see freeze dried .
This week we will reconstitute rotisserie chicken ans freeze dry our next item .
What will it be ?

What can you used freeze dried rotisserie chicken for?
- soups
-casseroles
- dips
- add protien to salad
- fajita/tacos

How long is freeze dried rotisserie chicken good for on the shelf ?
25 + years if stored correctly .

This is a game changer for meal prep and adding extra protien to each meal .

Teach them young !
Home workouts aren't as easy or motivating as gym workouts but, I love involving my kids in fitness and wellness .

Teach them young that moving their body is fun and necessary.

Teach them young that nutrition is important and we dont have to deprive ourselves to "eat healthy"

Teach them that their mind is so powerful. How they talk to themselves and how we talk to them matter .
