1+ years ago, I had a woman contact me needing to urgently get her daughter in for a facial. Her daughter's skin was breaking out and she wanted a quick resolution. I told the mother that I didn't have an opening at that time, but I could 100% recommend some topical and internal products to gradually help clear up her daughter's skin. 2 things getting a bad rap these days:
1. The Sun
2. Tallow

First of all, the sun isn't the enemy some make it out to be. We need sun, daily. If you're going to be outside for an extended amount of time, then yes, please use HEALTHY sunscreen. However, we all need a little UNPROTECTED sun exposure every day!
Secondly, Tallow, just like anything else, isn't necessarily a one size fits all, but I beg to argue that it can be beneficial for the majority of us! You'll hear claims of it being comedogenic (clogging pores), and that it doesn't do anything for the skin.
I have fairly sensitive skin, and I am blemish prone. Guess what?!?! I LOVE me some tallow!
