Let’s talk about something no one likes to talk about… constipation.
If your child is struggling to go, you’re not alone (and it’s not your fault).
✅ Keep toilet time calm — no pressure, no rush.
✅ Add a stool under their feet to help them “squat to poop.”
✅ Make sure hydration and fiber are daily priorities.
If constipation becomes frequent, it might be more than diet — it could be muscle coordination. Pediatric pelvic floor therapy helps kids learn how to relax, push, and go without pain.
Because bathroom time should be no big deal. 🌈
