Hey friends, I am a huge fan of electric toothbrushes because I promise you they clean so much better than manual toothbrushes. They also can time you so you're making sure to brush long enough. Most people think they brush for 2 minutes and actually brush for about 20 seconds. I haven't tried this one but knock off is on SuperSale and mine just died so I thought I'd give the orange one a whirl. I love both Sonicare and Oral-B but recently my Oral-B toothbrush broke and it was pretty new so I'm definitely going to contact them just to make sure the longevity is normally there. I just don't want to recommend something to my patients that will break easily.

Probably one of the greatest men I have had the pleasure of calling a good friend. He really was a surrogate grandpa to me. When I visited him I would often bring treats. His favorite was ice cream and ironically I introduced him to his favorite flavor and when I realized it, I'd try to bring him often. One time I brought it to him and I noticed he had a carton already in the freezer. I asked, "Vern did you not finish the last one I got you?" He replied, "Oh I finish that awhile ago, I had Mark pick me up some more." 😂 Today I will be consuming 2 portions of roasted almond fudge in his honor, one for me and one for him.

This Video is at a previous Salt Lake Comic Con with Billy Boyd asks a good question about should we brush right after eating. I will do a video on this in the next week but the short answer is if it is very acidic like orange juice you should wait a half an hour before brushing because the acid weakens the enamel and in it's weakened state can actually be harmed by brushing.
