Ok guys let's talk rice bags.... you know the one you only use once in a while. Get it out use it everyday don't wait til your neck hurts or lower back use it daily. If you don't have one they are easy to make even if you don't sew.
Take a tube sock fill it with rice tie a knot and heat it up 1 min or add 10 seconds til it gets to a comfortable heat place it around your neck or over your shoulders even lower back for relief. And don't forget to schedule a monthly massage knead2relax.fullslate.com
