Sorry it's been so long! I've been cocooning and learning and hopefully healing! Thank you for sticking by me! I have worried and cried that it won't be the same as it was before. Think of a dancer coming back to dance after an injury. Will I have the same grace in movement as before? I don't know but I am willing to try and keep practicing. I can't imagine giving up on something I have loved so much for 17 years.
With that said, it is what it is and I will take the next step as it presents to me. I have learned so much so in the meantime, I am trying to look for possibilities and not limitations. But prayers would surely help. ❤

Check out my new video. I'm pretty proud of myself! It's crazy how you can take something as simple as raising your arm for granted.
I go in for a checkup next week but I have decided that I will be taking clients again starting next week with limited availability at first to see how much I can really do so your massage or bodywork service will look different for a while as I try to adapt and continue to heal. So I may need to use a massage gun to get to that deeper tissue that I can't do just yet. I also will be doing lymphatic resets hopefully soon as well as facial reflexology, cranial and a few other less intense work.

So I hope you want to try some!
You may be surprised at how well you feel after just the simplest and more relaxing techniques.

Yes to Sculptice. I can do those with a few adjustments.
Yes to Fasciablasting services. They will remain the same.

I have a problem. This is a massage therapists worst nightmare. But can I tell you something? As soon as it happened. I immediately started counting my blessings. Seems odd right? But so much more could have gone wrong. I am blessed beyond measure especially to be alive and that my boyfriend is ok too 🌟 I wish I could tell you all the details but my typing is slow. I may not be able to text back right away but I'd appreciate some prayers for quick healing, especially for him because he is so concerned about me that he is not thinking about himself. Love to you all. The timing of this is so perfect since the suite is already closed for social distancing. I will be back asap. My loved ones are taking really good care of me ❤

I believe when we have gratitude for what we have it makes what we have so much more rewarding! How grateful I am for all the blessings in my life! There are so many. From a cozy home 🏡 and sweet kiddos 👬👭 to my own massage suite and amazing clients!

Yesterday I went to drop off something to .hair.designs and I saw and it was so hard for me to keep my 6 ft of distance from my friends and not hug them! I am so grateful for all the times I could and can't wait for the day when the world can connect again. 🤗 What a simple thing a hug is and how much it is missed when you can't share one.

So what are the things you are missing right now and what are some of your blessings?

I am missing my clients and my fam and I want to say THANK YOU to my clients that have pre-paid for their appointments and donated to keep my little business going during quarantine! I am so grateful for you!!! ❤ I'm so grateful for all of you!!! ❤

Dear Clients, I am so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you for your support and love of me and my family for all of these years! You bless my life each day that I get to see you. ❤ I am so grateful that you trust me and choose me to help you when you hurt or when you need to relax, or vent 🤗.
At this time, I am closing my salon for this week and possibly next week to allow the time and space to keep us all healthy. I am using this time to reconnect with my 4 sweet little kiddos that are home from school.
Yes, it will be a financial burden for me, most of you know that I am a widow trying to do my best, but instead of fear, I choose gratitude for it all! I am so grateful I was able to be home with my kids this morning during the earthquake. I am so grateful for their school taking action to keep them home during the pandemic. I am so grateful for this life and the things I have learned and enjoyed.
My kids keep asking me how I am doing (we are the first they look to in how to react in a situation) and I just keep telling them it will be ok and we just have to take it one day at a time. There's some things we just don't have any control over.
