Just Relax in Motion The Place where Luxury Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork connect. I started my yoga journey many years ago. Searching and going to many different class.

From Bikram to Hatha, to classes at school, to free/donation based classes in the SLC community. In the fall of 2013 I signed up to start my Yoga Teacher Training through SLCC. As a huge unexpected life event happend I had to drop the program until the summer semester of 2014. Since then i have been on a journey of not only learning the art and ways of yoga, but a journey that is life changing for the better of my world and the world we call earth. More to come

Age truly is a mom er that we limit ourselves with by having an attitude of I can’t do that. But guess what you can. We are offering yoga mobility classes an breathwork classes. Yesterday I went and taught the nursing students at Galen college a mobility sequence so they can use it now and once in the field of nursing. They are an incredible bunch of students who will make amazing next generation nurses. We laugh they groaned a little with some movements, but they all felt so free and relaxed. When a client messages you funny reals you gotta share. And also share that one of the best things we as woman who may be in perimenopause, menopause and even jus wanting to move better. Is to honestly move out bodies differently then what we do on a daily routine.

As I dive deeper into personal training with corrective exercises specialization I am truly realizing that Motion is Lotion, and it is a must to incorporate mobility, cardio, weight bearing exercises, a little bit of pounding our bones with daily jumps, and weight training for muscles and tissue.

Getting 6-8 hours of sleep everyday, having nutritious lifestyle habits either protein first, fruits veggies and fiberous grains/legimes and eating til satisfied not full/belly aching!!
