Four years ago, this practice was just a vision in my heart. Today, it’s a living, breathing space of healing.
To every client who has walked through our doors or logged onto a session… thank you.

I have a lot new followers and I wanted to reintroduced myself. My name is Eleny Guerrero Pena the CEO of Courage 2 Overcome Counseling. I am a combat veteran, an Immigrant, a mother, a divorcee and huge social justice advocate

I don’t just ‘do therapy.’ I serve the immigrant and marginalized community. I support LGTBQ, Civil and Reproductive rights. The Underseved communities dealing with chronic homelessness and domestic violence.

People carrying generational trauma. People impacted by systems that were never built for them. People who were taught to survive before they were to heal.

My work is social-justice focused, culturally grounded, and rooted in dignity. Because mental health care should not be a luxury. It’s a human right.
