There are numerous methods available. However, I believe that incorporating certain ingredients into a product can detract from its natural state. Camillia's Healing Touch aims to provide products that are clean, natural, and free from chemicals and complex terms that are difficult to pronounce for your skin. Your skin is your largest organ, and it is important to consider what you apply to it, ultimately originating from your gut. To address your question, we prefer to use a hard butter and freeze our butters during the warmer months. When the temperature is extremely high, we opt to add candelilla wax or stearic acid.
