Ever feel like your emotions are throwing a full-on party in your brain… and you weren’t invited? 🎉😅

The feelings wheel is basically your emotional GPS. It helps you name what’s really going on instead of just saying “I’m mad” or “I’m sad.” Once you can name it, you can actually do something with it — instead of letting your feelings drive the car while you’re stuck in the backseat. 💛

Pro tip: Start small. Pick one feeling today, trace it back on the wheel, and see what shows up. Awareness is the first step toward feeling actually in charge of your emotions.
