Feeling stressed, overwhelmed? We get it. A lot of folks are on the struggle bus right now. We have a suggestion that might help. As soon as you are done reading this post unplug for the weekend. Turn off the tablets, phones, computers, and TV's. Take some time this weekend to just "be". Enjoy the silence, read that book or start that project you've wanted to do, pick up your hobby again, go for a walk outside, cook real food with great smelling ingredients, relearn the names of the people who live in your house and what their face looks like without a device in front of it.
Even better, look the person across the dining table or living room in the eye and carry on a meaningful conversation this weekend. Sit and just stare out the window for a while and see what you can see. Be radical, unplug your whole family...it will be painful for a little while, and you will see and feel what withdrawal can look like, but you will like the results afterward. Good luck!
