Joyce has been practicing in the Portland area for 34 years as a licensed massage therapist and graduated from the Oregon School of Massage in 1990. She continues to​​​​​​​​​learn, heal and grow in the art of Body Centered and Holistic practices to better understand the connection to mind, body and spiritual healing.​​​​​​​​​.
Joyce was introduced to CranioSacral Therapy while working for a dentist in Portland treating temporomandibular joint syndrome and fell in love with the practice because of
her own pain with TMJ and head trauma.
Joyce practices mindfulness and holistic health herself and shares those practices with others to heal mind, body and soul. This includes Creative Visualization, mediation,
mindfulness, CranioSacral therapy, Breathwork, Shamanic Healing, Karuna Holy Fire Reiki, and lifestyle changes to help others to feel less pain with more vitality, wholeness,
and authenticity.
Joyce enjoys walks in nature, art, and hanging with friends and family, and has two cats Miss Miley, also known as the Queen, and Monk who has also some advanced healing
skills himself.

Practiced in trauma-informed care, Kelsey's philosophy is to facilitate authentic, safe, calming, and joyful spaces. She's done extra studying into the art of Ayurvedic massage and Neuromuscular Techniques which creates a lovely blend of styles. Starting May 11th 2024 you can book with her on Saturdays and Sundays.
