Our dedicated Therapists will treat the whole body and mind to determine specific causes of pain in order to move patients through the stages of functional rehab. ActiveEDGE also offers a full-service gym with 24/7 card access. We have invested in high quality cutting-edge cardio equipment that helps you measure and track your progress while also providing a virtual entertainment package to keep you motivated through a full workout. All equipment located in the gym and therapy clinic are serviced and available for your use. Our gym memberships include a comprehensive orientation process which encompasses an individualized and targeted workout routine based on current abilities and fitness. Our strength training and resistance equipment is supported by current research to offer the safest and most effective methods to increase one's strength and mobility. We support a full spectrum of goals for patients that include: chronic/acute pain rehabilitation, injury rehabilitation, increasing independence, weight loss programs, maintenance and “life training”, as well as training peak performance athletes. We help individuals thrive with positivity, support, and creating training programs that work with individuals on whole body health, avoiding injuries, and developing functional fitness.
