NEW FOR 2026 at www.flourishpilates.com! ZUMBA DANCE & PILATES CORE (2 classes in 1). 13 weeks. Offered 9:30 -10:45 am on Thursdays Jan. 22 - April 23 (no class/charge March 26th for spring break) at Flourish Pilates (5 person max). $559. Registration is on a first-come and first-serve basis.

I'm so excited to teach Zumba soon and share my love for dance with others. It will be geared towards beginners and be an Introduction to Zumba & Pilates. I grew up dancing and studied ballet, tap, jazz, and African dance. Prior to teaching Pilates, I was a certified group fitness instructor and taught aerobics for 9 years. Teaching Zumba is a natural progression. Send me a direct message if you are looking for a class staring in January.

It was fun giving out close to 400 treats at www.flourishpilates.com on Halloween to kids big and small. What a fun community event. I'm glad the rain stayed away until the end.
