We are currently seeking an experienced AFL (Alternative Family Living) Provider to join Compassion Care Services LLC.

This is a work-from-home opportunity, but it is not a typical job…it is a full-time commitment to providing a safe, stable, and supportive home for an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We are specifically looking for:
✔️ Experienced IDD/AFL providers only (for this specific individual)
✔️ Female provider or a couple(for this specific individual)
✔️ Preferably no children in the home(for this specific individual)
✔️ Individuals who can provide structure, consistency, and compassion daily

At Compassion Care Services, we do things differently.

We do not rush placements.
We take the time to ensure every match is the right fit for both the provider and the individual…because long-term success matters.

You will not be doing this alone. Our team provides:
✨ Ongoing support (QP, RN, leadership)
✨ Guidance with compliance and documentation
✨ A partnership focused on quality care

The reason behind the mission. 💙 💛

When people hear that we worked to become a Down Syndrome Center of Excellence, they often ask why.

The truth is… the reason has a face.

Not long ago I met the sweetest, spiciest little lady who absolutely stole my heart. She is full of sugar and spice, personality, sass, and a spirit that lights up every room she walks into. The kind of person who reminds you exactly why this work matters.

Spending time with her changed something in me.

It made me realize just how important it is that individuals with Down syndrome, and their families, have access to services that truly understand them, celebrate them, and support them in reaching their fullest potential.

They deserve more than just basic services.
They deserve specialized care, understanding, and opportunities to thrive.

So when we pursued becoming a Down Syndrome Center of Excellence, it wasn’t about a title.

It was about making sure individuals like her…and so many others…have a place where they are seen, valued, and empowered to live their best lives.

Sometimes one incredible person can spark something much bigger.

And she did exactly that.
