Gratitude isn’t just something we experience when life is going well — it’s a mindset we can cultivate, even during difficult times. As a mental health therapist, I encourage my clients to practice gratitude every day, because it has the power to:

✨ Shift your focus from what’s lacking to what’s abundant
✨ Boost your mood and reduce stress
✨ Strengthen emotional resilience during tough moments

Start small. Take a moment each day to list three things you're grateful for — they can be simple or profound. Maybe it's a cup of coffee, a supportive friend, or the way sunlight filters through the trees. Whatever it is, honoring these moments of thankfulness can truly transform your outlook.

Today, take a breath, pause, and acknowledge one thing you're grateful for. Your mental health will thank you.

Welcome!

We are a team of counselors who provide professional mental health counseling services to children, teens, adults and families in Melbourne, Florida, the surrounding Brevard County area, the entire state of Indiana. We are offering virtual (telehealth) appointments as well as in-person sessions. Along with our counselors, we have a sweet little therapy dog, Taco, who came to us from the Brevard County Paws & Stripes College. Taco does an excellent job helping anyone who wants some extra help feeling calm and confident.
