I usually keep things positive and professional, but I gotta vent for a minuteā€¦

Iā€™ve been waiting on parts and work from multiple jet ski shops ā€” one of them going on SIX months now. These arenā€™t random places either, these are well-known, reputable shops in the PWC community. Thatā€™s the only reason I havenā€™t put anyone on blast yet.

But at some point, enough is enough. Communication has been weak, timelines keep getting pushed, and itā€™s costing me time, money, and opportunities on the water.

Iā€™m not naming names (yet) out of respect, but let this be a heads up ā€” customers deserve better. If you take on work, follow through. If thereā€™s delays, communicate. Simple as that.

Iā€™ve been patient, probably more than most would be. But if this keeps dragging out, next time I wonā€™t be holding back details.

Been slammed getting online orders out the door and realized I havenā€™t posted in a bitā€”so hereā€™s a quick update.

Weā€™ve got a new starter and reverse cable installed on the EX and ready to go home. The GTI engine rebuild is finished up and heading out as well. Next up, weā€™ve got a set of Fish Pros coming in for a few upgrades, followed by two more Sea-Doo rebuilds in the queue.

At this point, it doesnā€™t even feel like thereā€™s an ā€œoff-seasonā€ for jet skisā€”weā€™ve been busy year-round. Appreciate all the support! šŸ™Œ
