We are a private gym in a small setting. We offer personal training services, fitness classes, strength training classes, fitness testing, boot camps, tennis camps and a variety of other wellness services. We are located on the northwest corner of the Mid Continent Building on the first floor. Our name "Holt Therapy & Wellness" is located on the outside windows so you can't miss us.
