In a world that constantly pushes productivity, success, and busyness, it can be easy to forget that a meaningful life isn’t measured only by what we accomplish, but by how we experience it.

Many people find themselves exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected because their schedules are full but their souls are empty.

Ask yourself:

• Am I making space for joy?
• Am I present with the people I love?
• Am I caring for my mind the same way I care for my responsibilities?

A healthy life includes work and purpose, but it also includes rest, connection, laughter, and peace.

~Beautiful Minds Update~

It has truly been an honor to walk alongside so many individuals and families through Beautiful Minds over the years. I am incredibly proud of what has been built within these walls and deeply grateful for the trust this community has placed in us during some of life’s most vulnerable seasons.

Beginning March 1, 2026, Beautiful Minds will be moving from two locations to one and from ten wonderful therapists to three. We will be closing our Cypress Street location and will continue operating from one central office at 320 Laird Street on the Claiborne Christian School and Family Church campus.

This has not been a decision made lightly. Over time, I’ve continued to feel nudged toward simplifying. Beautiful Minds has always been rooted in meaningful connection and quality care. Simplifying allows us to stay grounded in those values while stepping away from some of the busyness that naturally comes with growth.

We are incredibly thankful for the therapists who have been part of this season of Beautiful Minds. Their care for their clients and their dedication to this community have mattered deeply, and I am so proud of the work that has been done here. Many will be continuing to serve the community in new spaces, and we fully support them as they step into what’s next.

Clients are welcome to remain with their current therapist at their new location or continue counseling with a therapist at our Laird Street office. We will gladly help coordinate referrals or next steps to ensure continued, consistent support for everyone.

This transition is bittersweet, but more than anything, I feel grateful and hopeful. Thank you for trusting Beautiful Minds over the years and for continuing to allow us to be part of your stories. We are excited for what the future holds for Beautiful Minds.💙
