This was a really hard decision for me to make, but for this season of life I will be scaling back my client hours.

I’m not sure yet how long this change will last — it could be a few months or it could end up being more permanent. I’ve had my practice inside the Wellness Center for almost 4 years now, and it has absolutely THRIVED. I am so incredibly thankful for every client and every referral that has supported my business over the years.

My clients have never felt like “just clients” to me. I’ve gotten to know so many of you personally — your families, your stories, and what’s happening in your lives — and that means a lot to me. Because of that, I know these changes may make it harder for some people to schedule appointments, and that truly makes me sad.

But life with kids is BUSY, and right now I feel like the best decision for my family is to keep up with their activities and create a more consistent schedule at home. For this season, that means stepping away from evening hours.

I will be reaching out to anyone who already has appointments scheduled so we can make any needed adjustments over the coming weeks.

☀️ Saturday Appointment Update ☀️

It’s race season! 🏁

Our family is heavily involved in drag racing, which means many Fridays and Saturdays will be spent at the track. Because of that, my Saturday availability will be more limited over the next few months.

However — race schedules are weather dependent ☀️🌧️ If Saturdays are the only time you’re available, please don’t hesitate to reach out! As we get closer to each weekend, I’ll know more about my availability and can schedule accordingly if I’m free.

🥶🥶🥶The frozen tundra allowed some last minute openings for this week! 🥶🥶🥶

I hope everyone is safe & staying warm as best as possible. We thank all the linemen, first responders & essential employees keeping our community going while this storm has hit home so intensely.

MY ONE REQUEST- no REQUIREMENT ‼️ if you decide to book a massage & you still do not have power….please for my sanity & hygiene purposes ….shower at the gym before your massage 😷🤣 anyone who is not considerate of this, I will turn away & charge the late cancel fee. I wish this wasn’t something I had to post about - but I did have to turn clients away last week because the hadn’t showered since losing power.

I love you all, & can’t wait to work on clients. But I do not want my room to smell funky 🤣🤣🤣
