Our group of board certified ophthalmologists, optometrists, and physician assistants provides comprehensive eye care services, including medical and su

rgical treatment for cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, corneal diseases, and diabetic eye disease. Additionally, we specialize in diseases of the eyelids and orbit as well as vitreo-retinal diseases. Haik Humble Eye Center also offers refractions and prescriptions for corrective lenses. For patients that are interested in life without corrective lenses, we offer complimentary refractive surgery evaluations and a personalized experience through their refractive surgery journey. Our optical boutiques located in West Monroe, Monroe, and Rayville provide professional opticianry services for your convenience and peace of mind. While assisting you in the selection of frames and lenses, our opticians focus on quality of products, exceptional service, and real value. Today we’re celebrating 10 amazing years of Holly Helm at Haik Humble Eye Center! 🎉

As a technician and scribe, Holly plays such an important role in supporting our providers and keeping our clinics running smoothly. Her attention to detail and strong work ethic never go unnoticed but what truly sets her apart is her joyful, fun-loving spirit. She brings positivity to every room and makes our team better just by being herself.

For a decade, Holly has been a steady, uplifting presence, and we are so proud to celebrate this milestone with her.

Today we’re celebrating Gabby and her incredible 5-year anniversary with Haik Humble Eye Center!

For the past five years, Gabby has been such a steady, dependable presence for both our providers and our patients. As a technician who spends so much of her time scribing, she plays a behind-the-scenes role that is absolutely essential but never goes unnoticed. Her ability to keep things moving, stay organized, and ensure every detail is captured makes a lasting impact on the care we provide each and every day.

Gabby brings a quiet confidence and consistency to her work that our team leans on. She shows up, gives her best, and makes those around her better whether that’s supporting her providers, helping a teammate, or simply being someone others know they can count on.

As one of her teammates shared, she is “a highly efficient and dependable team member who consistently delivers quality work. She is always willing to lend a helping hand to colleagues and contributes to a positive team environment. Proactive in identifying needs and taking initiative, she is also thorough and detail-oriented when completing patient charts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.”

That attention to detail and commitment to excellence doesn’t just make our jobs easier it directly impacts patient care in the best way.

Employee Appreciation Week at Haik Humble Eye Center was one for the books! 🎉

This week we had the privilege of celebrating the incredible team that makes our practice so special. From breakfast treats and lunch together, to our candy buffet, dirty soda bar, prize wheel, games, and a few fun surprises along the way — it was a week full of laughter, gratitude, and well-deserved recognition.

Our staff works tirelessly to care for our patients and support one another, and we are so thankful for the heart they bring to work every single day.

Mrs. Jennifer Owens, PA-C is celebrating 10 years with Haik Humble Eye Center, and we simply could not let this moment pass without recognizing the amazing professional and person she is.

To know Mrs. Owens is truly to love her. Her compassion for patients, dedication to excellence, and calm confidence in the clinic make her a trusted provider and an invaluable part of our team. Patients know they are in the very best hands when they see her, and her ability to assess, diagnose, and care for others with such skill and assurance is something we admire every single day.
