Today, those dreams have turned into nurses, technicians, front desk teams, billers, scribes, administrators, and providers — people who show up every day with compassion, skill, and a commitment to caring for others.

The faces in this post are just a small fraction of the incredible people who make Haik Humble Eye Center run. Behind every patient we serve is an entire team working together with heart and purpose.

This week especially, we’re reminded just how grateful we are for the people who make this place what it is.

Employee Appreciation Week at Haik Humble Eye Center was one for the books! 🎉

This week we had the privilege of celebrating the incredible team that makes our practice so special. From breakfast treats and lunch together, to our candy buffet, dirty soda bar, prize wheel, games, and a few fun surprises along the way — it was a week full of laughter, gratitude, and well-deserved recognition.

Our staff works tirelessly to care for our patients and support one another, and we are so thankful for the heart they bring to work every single day.

A very special thank you to the amazing local businesses who helped us make this week extra special — including Clawdaddy’s, Delta Biscuit Company, Hebrews Coffee, Revival Pizza, and several other generous community partners. Your support means so much to our team and reminds us how fortunate we are to serve such a wonderful community.

Today we celebrate an incredible milestone for someone who has made an immeasurable impact on our patients and our team.

Mrs. Jennifer Owens, PA-C is celebrating 10 years with Haik Humble Eye Center, and we simply could not let this moment pass without recognizing the amazing professional and person she is.

To know Mrs. Owens is truly to love her. Her compassion for patients, dedication to excellence, and calm confidence in the clinic make her a trusted provider and an invaluable part of our team. Patients know they are in the very best hands when they see her, and her ability to assess, diagnose, and care for others with such skill and assurance is something we admire every single day.

For a decade she has shown up with professionalism, kindness, and a commitment to providing exceptional care to every patient she encounters. The impact she has made over these ten years reaches far beyond the exam room and has helped shape the culture of care we are so proud of at Haik Humble Eye Center.

Mrs. Owens, we are incredibly grateful for you and the countless ways you serve our patients and our team. Simply put, we would be lost without you.
