We loved getting the chance to network with so many amazing community partners and share resources with clients who are preparing for life after treatment.

Our goal is always to help people connect with the support, placements, and opportunities they need to continue their recovery journey — and today was a perfect example of what collaboration can look like.

Today, we celebrate Jordi’s graduation from our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at ARISE Counseling & Wellness! 💚

We are so incredibly proud of the progress, strength, and growth she has shown throughout her journey. Jordi shared that she has gotten so much out of her time in our IOP groups — learning, healing, and growing in ways that will continue to impact her life long after graduation. 🌿

🎭 Unmasking the Real You: Facing the Fears Behind Addiction 🎭

At ARISE Counseling & Wellness, our IOP group took a creative approach this week to explore the masks we wear in addiction and recovery.

Through art, reflection, and honest discussion, clients identified the “masks” they’ve used to hide pain, fear, and shame — and began uncovering the courage to embrace authenticity and vulnerability.

Each mask told a story — of strength, survival, and transformation. This powerful Halloween-themed session reminded us that recovery is about unmasking the real you and learning that our truth is far more beautiful than anything we hide behind. 💫

Today in IOP, our clients faced the ghosts of their past by writing heartfelt letters to their former selves — releasing guilt, shame, and old pain that no longer serve their recovery. 💌🔥

Each letter was burned as a symbolic act of freedom — letting go of the past to make room for growth, peace, and new beginnings. What better way to honor Halloween than by setting our spirits free from the things that used to haunt us? 🕯️✨
