I am teaching another 30 minute sunrise yoga flow tomorrow morning at 5:30am!

If you would like to join please send me a message with your email address and I will send you the information to access the virtual meeting space. The cost of these morning classes are $10, and I accept payment via Venmo.

Hello there yogis!

Tomorrow morning (Saturday, May 21st) I will be teaching an hour-long virtual yoga class that I call a power flow; we will move through typical vinyasa flows but I will add in more challenging poses and movements to pump up the heart rate a bit.

The cost of the class is $20; I accept payment via the Venmo app at this time. Come join me to elevate your body and mind!

This week I introduced my new Sunrise Yoga Flow class that takes place every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30am!

This class is designed to wake up the body and align your mind with intention and will be consistent for each morning class (for the most part).

I look forward to continuing to expand my yoga schedule, stay tuned for more updates about my new classes this week!!
