How to flow into Warrior III (Virabhadrasana III) 🧘♀️✨

• Start in Mountain Pose (Tadasana)
• Shift your weight into one foot
• Begin to lift the opposite leg, pressing it straight back toward the back of the room
• Actively flex the lifted foot as if you’re pressing into a wall or door
• Extend your arms wherever feels most supportive in your balance — straight out, back by the hips, or overhead
• Lower your gaze slightly in front of you to create a strong T-shape through the body
• To exit, gently return to Mountain Pose
This pose builds balance, strength, and focus—remember, the goal isn’t perfection, it’s control and intention. Find your version, breathe through the wobble, and move with confidence 🤍
