After spending a few days grading hives with Boernsen Bees Honey The Hives were loaded on to a semi to head to California to pollinate the Almond Trees. The bees will be back in late March. Okobobee Honey is thankful to be able to send 25 hives on the semi. Which holds over 400. Thank you Bees Honey for letting us tag along on this adventure!

Harvest is Finished!...we'll not all cleaned up yet.. Video of the last honey coming out of the extractor. Of course I am jamming to my 80's music while I work.

A couple of bees covered with pollen. No idea where they are from. As I did not take these. Maybe they are even AI generated because in my 9 yrs of beekeeping i have never witnessed a bee this covered in pollen. Photos can be faked. But I can personally tell you the sweet naturally smooth taste of OkoboBee Honey is 100% real!

Anyone able to turn off the rain? We have been gathering frames of honey between rainy days. We were blessed to have Family help this past weekend. We are trying to bottle and distribute as fast as we can. So look for Okobobee Honey at your favorite retail store.
