"Over 1 year ago, my mild TMJ symptoms suddenly became severe. In addition to considerable pain, I suffered with my jaw locking and popping, which prevented me from opening my mouth wide enough to eat properly. I was desperate, especially since I was supposed to be vacationing the following week. I found Dr Allan Stein’s practice and they expedited an appointment that saved me! Through a combination of mouth appliances, cortisone injections, and physical therapy I have achieved almost a complete recovery! "Dr. Stein and Marie have helped me tremendously to overcome my TMJ pain. I have been pain free for over a year. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Stein if your TMJ pain is keeping you up at night and you’re not sure where to turn.

"It’s been 3 years since I’ve lived in the area but I still drive 2 hours from Pensilvania to see this doctor. Tmj can be a chronic debilitating condition for some people and I am one of those people. The devices made for me over the years provide significant relief. Without it I can no longer function. Nothing has actually helped more than that. Botox for headaches has also been very helpful. I know I’m in good hands here and the whole staff knows me and is very accommodating and helpful and works with me. I’ve been coming to this office for about a decade. When I’m having an emergency/am in severe pain they go out of their way to make time for me and I appreciate it with all my heart."

"I first saw Dr. Allan about 6 months ago for excruciating ear pain and headaches. My ENT referred me to a neurologist. My neurologist referred me to my dentist. My dentist referred me here. After spending an hour and a half at the first consultation, I KNEW he could help me. Fast forward I have no pain anymore and no more headaches. He made me a series of different “orthotics” that have made a massive difference. He also had me do PT which has helped. I can’t say enough positive things about this Dr. He has changed my life and I am eternally grateful. Thank you thank you thank you!"

"Dr. Stein is something. I’m not sure what else to say. I got Botox for my jaw and I started to get headaches and other problems I didn’t have before. I came to the headache center of NJ where they were very thorough. Did imaging and a bunch of different testing Dr. Stein explained to me why Botox made my jaw worse. I have a type of aTMJ where Botox is not good. Dr. made me an appliance and prescribed some therapy for me. Jeanette is my therapist and she is bliss. I feel back like myself. 10/10"
