Starting February 9th, I am offering an additional Women’s only Boot Camp class from
645am -745am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for this 4 week session.

It will be offered in person only (no Zoom option). We will have a chance to use TRX straps, resistance bands, and a slew of other fun props during the workout. It will be a full body workout with a mix of cardio and strength! All abilities are welcome!
