Reminder: be kind to yourself ☀️
Find the voice that helps you meet your own needs - it will help you make the changes you have been struggling to stick to.
Empathize with yourself and remind yourself that emotions aren’t something to judge, they are just trying to teach you something. Hold yourself gently accountable and promise yourself to try again tomorrow. It takes time to build this practice, so be patient, friends! Just observe at first.
Try asking yourself these questions to practice observing your natural “reactions” and learn how you would like to “respond”:
⚠️What specific emotion am I feeling (use emotions wheel if possible)?
⚠️Where am I feeling this in my body, and what sensations are they?
⚠️ Does this remind me of anything I have experienced before, and if so, what are those situations?
