There are a lot of things in this space that don’t sit right with me.

And honestly, they shouldn’t sit right with you either.

Pregnancy and postpartum are not static states. Your body is changing literally every single day. Hormones are shifting, ligaments are adapting, your nervous system is recalibrating, your pelvis is preparing, opening, recovering.

So the idea that a single, one-off visit is enough… it just doesn’t make sense.

You deserve to be supported in a way that actually matches what your body is going through.

Dr. Patricia is a Doctor of Chiropractic dedicated to supporting families through precise, nervous system-centered chiropractic care. She is Webster Certified and an active member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), with advanced training in prenatal and postpartum
support.

Dr. Patricia specializes in caring for pregnant women, postpartum mothers, babies, and growing families. Her clinical approach combines skilled chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Drop T able, and Activator techniques with an understanding of how the nervous system influences adaptation, development, and overall wellbeing.

We are swaddle haters because we are nervous system lovers!

Not to mention our least favorite diagnosis, plagiocephaly “flat head syndrome” is correlated with swaddle use. And let me tell you, mamas. Reversing that is TOUGH. Not even a helmet will fully resolve it and you will be in our office for 2-3 months multiple times per week to try to address it. You and your baby would be much better off seeing us to help their spine and fascia move properly *preventively* than addressing a set-in pattern of dysfunction like plagiocephaly.
