5 habits quietly ruining your progress:

✨ skipping meals (especially breakfast) — your metabolism needs fuel, not restriction

✨under-eating protein — aim for ~30g per meal to actually build lean muscle and create the aesthetic you’re looking for

✨overdoing “healthy” snacks — handfuls add up fast when you’re not tracking. be mindful and intentional when eating

7 wellness trends that truly altered my brain chemistry, in a good way 🤸🏼‍♀️✨

we’re not chasing aesthetics anymore, we’re chasing optimization. these are the wellness shifts that have basically changed how i think, move, and live to become the hottest & most chic version of myself.

1. working with .health has changed my life
2. i’m lost without my
3. contrast therapy is better for some, so do your personal testing & research
4. i LOVE a good product, especially a clean one
5. was built on this
6. for it all
7. something exciting is happening with this trend

what a difference a year makes ✨

a year ago, i signed my studio lease without having the funding. cart before the horse? maybe.

but i had this insane pull to change something in my life.
to create a space for women who wanted to better themselves.
to become a better version of me.
to stop waiting for “the right time.”

and for the past year, i’ve repeated one thing over and over again: “it’s never not worked out the way it’s supposed to.”

call me crazy, but i’d rather choose scary and uncomfortable over safe and stagnant any day.

because growth doesn’t happen when you play it small. 💫
