Help Lay Kevyon Brown to Rest

Shantell Cash is facing every parent’s worst nightmare. Her beloved son, Kevyon Brown, passed away far too soon. It’s not natural for a mother to bury her young child, and the weight of this loss is unimaginable.

The family was not prepared for this tragedy and is in urgent need of support to cover the funeral costs. The goal is $4,000, and truly every contribution makes a difference — even $5.00 can help bring them closer to giving Kevyon the dignity of a proper farewell.

What makes this heartbreak even heavier is that the family was in the midst of preparing for a wedding for another one of Shantell’s sons when this tragedy struck. The joy of one milestone has been replaced by the pain of another, leaving the family emotionally and financially overwhelmed.

Shantell is a hardworking and dedicated cook at Colonial Assisted Living, where she is deeply loved by both staff and residents. She has always given so much of herself to others, and now we have the chance to give back to her in her greatest time of need.

While no amount of money can ease the heartbreak of losing a child, our support can help lift some of the financial burden and show Shantell and her family that they are not alone.
