• Everyone in this world works based on their time zone.

• But everyone is running their own race, in their own time.

My Background

I have been trained in massage therapy at Cortiva Institute in Pompano Beach, FL.I provide an array of massage modalities which I used to create individual treatment plans for my clients. Studies shown the massage therapy treatments help promote the bodies natural healing and restorative process. I take pride in providing a safe and relaxing environment.

​​I currently reside in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. I have been in practice since 2019. I have also worked in the health care field as Clinical Supervisor and Medical Assistant for over 20 years.
