So I just got home from a month away. And as always I like to walk the property and check on things while enjoying the visual experience of this tropical oasis.

I strolled in to the cottage since no-one was checked in and I read the guest book from August 30th.

I have said this so many times and now again, I get the best people staying at my City Oasis. I really do. I'm very lucky.

So this time a woman name Ginny stayed while visiting her husband who needed to be in Florida for a few months.

I never even met her since I was away and still I got some xoxo's at the end. Or maybe those were for the cats! 😉

I"m so glad I found your home on VRBO. This place is amazing-by far the most relaxing rental I've ever stayed in. Even though it was midnight when I arrived, the moment I walked through the gate I felt completely at ease.

I came down for a weekend because my husband is here near by for awhile and this getaway was exactly what we both needed. It was wonderful to see him so relaxed.

One of the most special places I have ever stayed. Daryl was a thoughtful, kind host who has created a little paradise in her yard and rental bungalow.

Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor shower, pool and surrounding gardens are unbelievably soothing and peaceful.

There are butterflies floating in the air, little lizards flitting around and the breeze smells like flowers! There are places to walk to in the area and west palm is full of cool restaurants and hidden cultural gems.

Only caution is that you will not want to leave.

The property was just as advertised. Beautiful, quiet and comfortable. The apartment was plenty big enough for the two of us. Bed was very comfortable.

Loved the outdoor shower. Spent a lot more time just relaxing by the pool than planned, so it was so pleasant.

Daryl was there to meet us and there was a book she put together that was really helpful. After that we really didn’t see her until we left, so we had the whole area to ourselves.

Plenty of places around to eat and we really liked the Havana, a Cuban coffee shop a few blocks away.

Would definitely recommend and stay there again if returning to the area.

Another wonderful 5 Star review!

Well season is almost over this is true but the weather here is still amazing especially in comparison to almost anywhere else. There isn't much left in March, maybe one 5 day stay and a couple of 2-3 day stays. Call me if interested.

And if you're looking at April there are still many time frames available.

I highly recommend Staying at Daryl’s oasis in west palm beach. We had the best time there on vacation last week. Her landscaping is immaculate and so relaxing to just sit by the pool and enjoy the scenery. The cottage was very clean and she goes the extra mile and half to make sure you have everything you need to have great stay. Definitely the most friendly and best overall Airbnb experience I have ever had. Highly recommend following some of her recommendations in the guest book for things to do and places to eat! Also if you can, just book direct with her to save some $$.

PERFECT! The City Oasis is absolutely perfect. The cottage and grounds were immaculate. The facility is serene and very private, with no other guests. It is like your own little private getaway. It is ideal for just relaxing, decompressing or recharging, or if you want to go out and explore you are close enough to walk or just grab an Uber.

The pool as you can see from the photos I am including is beautiful and I just loved the outdoor shower.

Daryl and her hospitality were warm and welcoming with a calmness and energy that were felt and couldn’t help but to be embraced, from the moment we spoke on the phone to arriving and finally meeting her in person.

The QiGong, raindrop therapy massage and singing bowl sound healing sessions were certainly special. All done by Daryl herself right on the premises.

If you are local to the Palm Beach area, somewhere in Florida looking for a quick getaway retreat even for just a few or several hours or if coming from out of state - this is the place to stay!

If I could give this visit 10 stars, I certainly would! Daryl was an incredible host. That certainly takes a lot of pride in her property. The landscaping is absolutely breathtaking. You truly are in a private oasis. Words simply can’t describe how beautiful this property is. The cottage had every amenity you could possibly need and it was absolutely pristine. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the outside shower was one of my favorite things! I don’t think I’ll stay anywhere else when visiting Palm Beach moving forward! I can’t wait to visit again! Highly recommend!

I DO NOT have ENOUGH good things to say about this rental! First off, Daryl (the owner & property manager) goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable while you’re there, it feels more like a home than a temporary stay. We spoke on the phone prior to my arrival, then and there she accessed my needs. I told her I was a single mother just looking to escape for a few days, that’s exactly what I did. It feels like you’re in a parallel universe as you take your first step into the back yard. I arrived after dusk, but with the tree in the driveway all lit up to opening the gate, it feels almost enchanted. The luminous pathway brought me to this quaint little cottage that was just perfect for myself (or couple) My favorite thing about the house was the outdoor shower, ohhh and the softest sheets and bedding you could ever wish for! I had time away from the stress of living and I’m so happy I chose this place. The pictures seriously don’t do it justice and Daryl again was the ultimate host, not only did she go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable but she made sure I was enjoying my stay as well. I’ve stayed in a few rentals but this one just blew all of those out of the water. I almost didn’t want to write this review because I was fearful it would be rented the next time I book. LOL you won’t be disappointed.
