Sometimes I wish there were more than 24 hours in a day.
Between updating my website, setting up AI tools, posting content, and running my business—it feels like there’s always more to do. And some days, I don’t get to it all.

Yesterday, I chose self-care over hustle.
I turned off my phone (not just DND 👀) and spent the day in the steam room, hot tub, receiving a facial, and a Thai massage to release some deep energy stuck in my hip and hamstring.

And guess what?
My business still grew.
✨ My massage therapist referred me new clients.
✨ At my church’s summer soirée, I connected with women who resonated with my story and want to join my meditation sessions.
✨ I’ve even met clients just by being present and friendly while waiting in line at the post office.

So here’s your reminder: Purpose creates momentum. Authenticity opens doors. Presence is magnetic.

Even when you rest, the universe keeps working. 🌿

✨ Real talk: Walking away from “success” saved my life.

Not everyone saw the sleepless nights, the silent tears, or the moments I didn’t want to keep going. I chose peace over prestige. Healing over hustle. And I’ll keep choosing it—every time.
