LPN case available
Consumer is a 21 y/o male with a G-Tube and Trach. Night shifts are fairly easy as he is asleep by 10:30pm and does not get a feeding throughout the night, he receives water only to avoid dehydration. Consumer is in diapers but we try our best to get him to the rest room.

Qualifications:

Level 2 background screening
GJ Tube Experience Is a Must
CPR-Physical/TB-All in Services ( Hippa, OSHA, Domestic Violence, Infection Control, HIV)
High School Diploma-Florida driver's license or photo ID
Social Security card (must provide working papers if authorization needed)
Resume-2 letters of recommendation
Auto insurance & Auto registration if providing transportation
Professional Liability Insurance.
