MD Pharmacy and primary care clinic is an interprofessional collaboration between a physician, pharmacist and a nurse practitioner founded in November, 2021. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida. As an Independent pharmacy, it is our mission and privilege to provide a unique experience by delivering a personalized and compassionate experience for all customers. Our services include administration of vaccines, retail and specialty compounding (including veterinary medicines.) We utilize modern technologies and clinical services to create a holistic experience of convenience and exceptional care for our customers. Our focus is on services which are not provided by our competitors, such as: simple and complex non-sterile compounding, Long Term care, Hospice care, pet care and transition of care. Unlike other retail pharmacies, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality, a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, and complete satisfaction.
