📣 Big News for Dr. Andrew Hope!

We’re proud to announce that Dr. Hope has officially been awarded a prestigious Fellowship in Primary Spine Care, a rare honor certified through a joint program with State University of New York at Buffalo, Jacobs School of Medicine – Office of Continuing Medical Education.

This advanced two-year Fellowship represents the highest level of clinical training in trauma care, pain management, biomechanics, advanced imaging, and collaborative care with spine surgeons, helping patients avoid unnecessary surgeries and long-term pain.

Dr. Hope is now the only Doctor of Chiropractic in Palm Beach County to earn this distinction, continuing his commitment to bringing evidence-based, non-operative spine care to our community.

Meet Marcus

Marcus is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Strength & Conditioning for Rehabilitation Coach at Hope Health & Wellness. He takes pride in using his expertise to design tailored strength, mobility, and functional health programs that help patients improve their quality of life and reach their full potential.

Legally blind due to a hereditary retinal condition, Marcus has never let his vision limit his dreams or his ability to help others. His journey has instilled in him a deep sense of empathy, resilience, and determination, qualities he brings to every patient interaction.

A true believer in the power of perseverance, Marcus combines evidence-based rehabilitation protocols with personalized care to bridge the gap between recovery and long-term performance, focusing on functional movement, injury prevention, and sustainable wellness.

Meet Dr. Hope! The visionary behind Hope Health & Wellness!

After graduating from LCC in Marietta, GA, in 1986, Dr. Hope had a bold vision to create one of the first multidisciplinary clinics in Palm Beach County, where Medical Doctors, Physical Therapists, and Chiropractors work together to provide comprehensive, collaborative care.

That dream became reality with the opening of Hope Health & Wellness, the first of its kind in Palm Beach!

Now with two offices in West Palm Beach and Stuart, Dr. Hope and his team have helped tens of thousands of patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, achieve better health, mobility, and lasting wellness.

🎓 Dr. Hope strongly believes that education doesn’t stop after graduation. Over the past few years, he’s dedicated more than 300–400 hours to advanced training, earning multiple credentials and qualifications to stay at the forefront of patient care.

🩺 Post-Graduate Credentials:
Trauma Qualified by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Graduate Medical Education (ACCGME) in joint providership with the State University of New York at Buffalo, Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. Meet Dr. Cabrera

Dr. Cabrera's journey into chiropractic care began unexpectedly. While studying at the University of Florida, he initially planned to become a psychiatrist, but quickly realized the traditional, medication-based approach wasn’t for him. After taking time to reflect on his path, inspiration struck close to home: his mother shared how a chiropractor helped relieve months of back pain in just a few visits, without relying on pills or quick fixes.

Soon after, his brother mentioned he was studying chiropractic at Keiser University, and that second “sign” sealed the deal. After touring the school, Dr. Cabrera knew he’d found his calling.

Now, he’s passionate about helping patients heal naturally through chiropractic care and lifestyle optimization. His next goal is to pursue advanced training in nutrition, because, as he puts it, “Exercise and nutrition go hand in hand when it comes to preventing disease and keeping the body healthy.”

Meet Kamelie

Kamelie is a compassionate Nurse Practitioner at Hope Health & Wellness whose lifelong dream has always been to care for others. Originally from Jamaica, she began her career in business before following her true calling in nursing — earning her degree from Palm Beach State and later her Master’s from the University of West Florida.

With experience in Trauma, Neuro, Geriatrics, and Public Health, Kamellie brings both skill and heart to every patient she cares for. She’s also an active member of the Black Nurse Practitioners of Palm Beach County, dedicating time to community outreach and education.

For Kamelie, nursing isn’t just a career — it’s her purpose, and she continues to make a difference one patient at a time. 💙
