Through her love for health, and a natural holistic approach to life, she became inspired by personal events in her life, and created her own company Nu-root. The meaning Nu-root represents a new beginning ,natural, stronger, renewed, deeply rooted, origin, growth, and stability. Leticia has worked diligently for many years in customer relations and the medical industry. She is extremely passionate, and focused on educating, as well as leading by example on how to achieve improved personal wellness. She is a nutritionist advocate, studies Herbology, and promotes the benefits of better health, the natural way with no chemicals. She decided to fulfill her dream by sharing her story openly to the world, and expressing the urgency to creating positive healthier habits, through realistic changes and goals. Leticia currently resides in South Florida where she continues to educate her community on how to become healthier, and stay healthy beyond the mind, body, and soul. Everything that Nu-root represents is REAL and Natural! She believes everyone is entitled to the same quality of disease prevention awareness, natural medicines, and nutrition.

This is exactly what I needed 💯. A Lumbar/ S.I/ Sciatic massage💆‍♀️ Not another Ibuprofen.. Not another cortisone injection.. Let's get to the core of the problem, not temporarily mask it. Big thank you to the physical therapist/ massage therapist that worked on me today 🙌. SELFCARE is sooo important. If your not well, how can you perform at your best !?! 💪🧘‍♀️ Be proactive with your health. 😉

STRONG

When they see you as a strong woman, they think that you do not need anything or anyone, you can bear everything and will overcome whatever happens. That you do not mind being listened to, cared for or pampered.

When they see you as a strong woman, they just look for you to help them carry their crosses. They talk to you and they think you do not need to be heard.

A strong woman is not asked if she is tired, suffering or falling, if she has anxiety or fear. The important thing is that she is always there: a lighthouse in the fog or a rock in the middle of the sea.

The strong woman is not forgiven anything. If she loses control, she becomes weak. If she loses her temper, she becomes hysterical.

When the strong woman disappears a minute, it is immediately noticeable, but when she is there, her presence is usual.

But the strength that is needed every day, to be that kind of woman, does not matter to anyone.

Honor, recognize, respect and thank the strong women in your life, because they also need to be restrained, loved and feel that they can rest.
