Dr. Devon Dunn has an LMHC & DMFT. She is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and an active volunteer for the Broward Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Devon graduated with honors from both her masters and doctorate. Devon is a member of Stetson University’s Psi Chi Honor Society. Devon has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stetson University and Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Devon is at a group practice at Whole Health Psychological Center in West Palm Beach. Devon has experience with individual psychotherapy and group therapy in which she has dealt with trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, s*x therapy, life transitions, and family and relationship dynamics.. Devon believes that “When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” Victor Frankl. In a world that is in constant change and uncertainty, Devon believes in empowering people to change of their own life and accept themselves the good and the bad. Devon’s genuine and unbiased atmosphere of therapy helps her clients go through the process of life experiences and choices at their own pace. Devon meets her client’s where they are at in life and adapts her therapy for what is best for them. Therapy Models practiced are: systemic therapy, insight therapy, and relational psychodynamic therapy.
