Peduzzi has been practicing personal injury litigation in South Florida since 1999. He is a member of the Florida Bar, in good standing, and has never been the subject of disciplinary action. Peduzzi grew up in North Palm Beach, attending Cardinal Newman High School in West Palm Beach. He completed his undergraduate studies at Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana, and received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, in Ft. Peduzzi was a summer legal intern to the Honorable Ann E. Vitunac, United States Magistrate Judge. Peduzzi was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Academic Honor Society, and graduated with Honors in Juvenile Mediation. Upon completion of law school, Mr. Peduzzi spent several years working for two insurance defense firms located in Miami and West Palm Beach. During this time, he gained valuable insight into how “the other side” handles claims. In 2003, Mr. Peduzzi started his own firm handling insurance defense for two major insurance carriers. By 2005, Mr. Peduzzi decided that his skills would be better utilized representing the injured, as opposed to the insurance companies, and has been practicing plaintiff personal injury, exclusively, since that time. Peduzzi is the recipient of numerous civic awards and commendations, having served as a board member and officer for several governmental, civic and charitable organizations. Peduzzi is the retired Chief of Volunteers / Deputy Fire Chief of North Palm Beach, where he also served as a Reserve Police Officer. He is the recipient of the Firefighter of the Year Award, the Chief Larry Joyce Award for Outstanding and Devoted Service, and the Police Officer of the Month Award. Peduzzi is currently an elected City Commissioner in West Palm Beach, having previously served as Chair of the Nuisance Abatement Board, Vice Chair of the Criminal Justice Advisory Committee, and as a Member of the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee. Peduzzi lives in Ibis Golf & Country Club with his wife, Erin, and two daughters, Julia and Alexa, where he is a past Secretary and Member of the Board of Directors of the Property Owners Association.
