Areas of focus include anxiety, grief, trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, relational issues, and premarital/marital work. Our counselors use evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities such as CBT, EMDR, trauma-focused approaches, family systems models, and creative arts interventions.
