𧥠Boundaries arenât selfish â theyâre self-preservation.
If you feel guilty for setting limits, it doesnât mean youâre doing something wrong.
It usually means youâve been conditioned to prioritize other peopleâs comfort over your own well-being.
Read that again.
Healthy boundaries donât make you uncaring. They make you sustainable.
đŹ âI donât owe an apology for protecting my peace.â
đŹ âMy needs arenât selfish.â
đŹ âGuilt isnât proof Iâm wrong.â
đŹ âComforting others shouldnât cost me my stability.â
Itâs not your job to shrink so others feel okay. Itâs your job to stay whole.
Healing starts when you stop asking for permission to protect yourself.
