If you feel guilty for setting limits, it doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong.
It usually means you’ve been conditioned to prioritize other people’s comfort over your own well-being.

Read that again.

Healthy boundaries don’t make you uncaring. They make you sustainable.

Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is stop waiting to be chosen and start choosing yourself.
Not because it’s easy, but because self-worth was never meant to be borrowed from someone else’s approval.
Choosing yourself means setting boundaries without apology, walking away from what dimmed your glow, and trusting that peace is better than permission.

Reframing doesn’t erase pain—it gives it purpose.
