A few mindful minutes can change a child’s entire day.
In today’s Mindful Morning practice, we begin with a simple movement called hang and sway to release tension from the body, followed by calm breathing and a powerful affirmation:

When children start their day with mindfulness, they learn something incredibly important, how to calm their bodies, guide their thoughts, and connect with their inner sense of safety.
Practices like this help children develop:
• Emotional regulation • Confidence • Focus • Resilience
Mindfulness for kids isn’t about sitting still or being silent. It’s about giving children tools to understand their minds and emotions.
