My client came to me deep in PPD…
➡️ exhausted
➡️ stuck with weight
➡️ high cortisol
➡️ blood sugar crashes

And the ONLY advice she got from her functional doctor was to cut out bread and sugar 👀
But here’s what was really going on ⬇️
She was prediabetic, severely mineral depleted, and in a full 4-lows metabolism pattern meaning her body was too stressed and under-fueled to regulate blood sugar, make stable hormones, or run a normal metabolism.
Once we stopped the food obsession and actually rebalanced her minerals and bloodsugar, everything shifted:

✨ restored minerals
✨ better moods, energy, and resilience
✨ weight came off easily
✨ ALL without cutting out a whole food group
