With love you can have periods that don’t feel like you become a completely different person filled with rage and exhaustion.

Even if you have PCOS or have had horrible cycles since the early 2000s.

You actually don’t have to clear your calendar this week and life can go on normally so you can still be fun and present with your family.

Here’s the thing…. There is no supplement on the market that is going to fix this. Not even raspberry leaf tea, inositol, or spearmint tea will work if you don’t get this one very important thing.

And with love, going low carb, is not the move you think it is since it will eventually make the issue worse.

The missing piece is actually addressing insulin! This is the master hormone that is controlling estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. So yes your periods might be because of hormone imbalance, but that’s not where the problem starts.

Cortisol balance series part 1 of how to fix this hormone without supplements and cortisol belly drinks 🤪

Yes, cortisol is the stress hormone but you could resuce all the stress in your life (not possible) and still be tired all day, wired and can’t stop scrolling at night.

This is a circadian issue not just an emotional stress issue and lights the first opportunity to create balance in the morning that will set you whole day.

It’s like if you rush around and pack for a trip last minute and you forget a few really important items. You still go on the trip, but it makes it a lot harder to enjoy without your kids favorite toys, your brand new bathing suit, and the snacks you forgot on the way there.

When you start the day spiking cortisol too high, it’s likely going to crash later so you feel like 5-7PM is a nightmare to get through.

You stay snacking more, maybe add an afternoon energy drink, and constantly think about what you can eat after dinner.

But I promise you there is no supplement like blocking blue light before the sun comes sip in the morning and the other lifestyle habits we will talk about in this series. Stay tuned for part 2
