We have a brilliant Harvard trained Surgeon General who has the credentials and courage to stand up to the vaccine pushers 💉

Ladapo has faced backlash over his resistance to vaccines since DeSantis nominated him to be surgeon general two years ago. The medical community pushed back after Ladapo in 2022 warned young men against getting the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna Covid-19 vaccines, claiming they could increase their chances of cardiac-related deaths. Last year, Ladapo also went against federal health agencies by warning people under 65 not to get the most recent Covid booster.

The CDC, Food and Drug Administration and others have said those vaccines and boosters are safe and effective. (HA HA HA!)

Mashed Notatoes with Irish Moss 🌱🌱🌱

3 cups peeled and chopped Celery Root
1/2 cup Macademia Nuts
1 TBSP White Miso Paste
1 TSP Onion Powder
1 TSP Nutritional Yeast
3/4 TSP Pink Salt (optional)
1/2 cup Irish Moss Paste
1/4 cup Water
Blend on High till creamy
Garnish with Paprika and Italian Parsley

Fenugreek the next Turmeric ?

An ancient herb, Fenugreek, with records dating back to 4000 BC and benefits too numerous to list here. I've been making its water to drink and spritz on my skin and then I let the seeds go to sprout after 24 hours. A fun and easy way to give yourself the "glow" 🌱🌱

Awesome Rawsome Green Soup

16 oz Hippocrates Green Juice
5 stalks of celery
1 large cucumber
I large yellow bell pepper
I large Jalpeno pepper including seeds
1 large avocado
6 cloves garlic
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch parsley
Blend everything and garnish with sprouts🌱🌱🌱

A cleansing detoxifying drink that stands the test of time. Make 2020 a happy and healthy one 🌈

Start 2015 with a healthy cleansing drink. Make it your favorite! Drink it when you get up. Drink it any time of day for a healthier awesome year!

Ingredients:
1 cup of cranberry juice (blend your own and strain it)
1/2 cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp cayene pepper (blend with the juice to keep it from separating)
1 gallon pure water
Add Stevia if you like it sweet
