Today, we proudly honor the brave men and women who have served our country. To our patients, community partners, skilled nursing center residents and team members who are veterans — thank you for your courage, sacrifice, and commitment to protecting our freedom.

In observance of Veterans Day, our community health centers and administrative office will be closed today and will reopen during normal business hours tomorrow.
