LEAP offers personalized advocacy, skill-building, and training programs tailored to help you succeed in education, career, and independent living.

Need a personal care attendant (PCA) for at least 2 activities of daily living such as ambulation, bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, toileting, or other similar tasks? If so, and you are at least 18 years of age, you might be eligible for financial assistance to offset the cost of care through the JPPAS (James Patrick Memorial Personal Attendant Services & Employment Assistance) Program!
