A Mother’s Tribute

“Our Dear Dr. Paley,

Today is a special day—the day a person has entered the world who can do the impossible. A person who doesn’t just heal, but restores hope, smiles, and childhood.

I want to congratulate you not only as a mother, but as someone who has seen you become a support in the most terrible and troubling moments. When I feel down, you pick me up. When it seems there’s no way out, you find one. When it’s scary, being with you brings peace.

You heal not only our children—you heal the hearts of their parents. Because your attention, patience, care, and sincere compassion are more than a profession. It’s a calling. It’s a rare gift.

Thank you for every decision you make, for every smile you save. For being a true hero to our children, and for us, a person we can trust with our most precious things.

Helping little feet go farther—no matter the country.

From Romania to Poland, Drs. Dobbs and Williams spent time with patients and families, turning miles traveled into meaningful care for kids and families.

Because we’ll go just about anywhere for little feet.

In 2022, a spinal infection changed everything for Richard, leaving him in a wheelchair with locked knees.

After being told he would never walk again, he met Dr. Claire Shannon, who saw a different path forward. One built on possibility, determination, and a goal that means everything to him.

He has already made incredible progress, and now he’s working toward something even bigger… walking to his grandchildren’s graduation this May.
