Jolene Peggy Salvo, Christian, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to many, peacefully entered eternal rest on Wednesday morning October 15th, 2025 surrounded by the love she so generously gave throughout her life.

Born in York County, Pennsylvania, to George and Frances Sterner, she grew up with deep roots in family, faith, and community. A proud graduate of Red Lion High School,

She devoted her life to her family and doted on her children and three grandchildren, Abby, Lauren and Allie. In her later years her heart overflowed with joy when she became a great-grandmother, cherishing every moment she spent with Payton, Neyland, Harry, Harlow, Claire and Charlie.

Upon retirement from a travel and retail career, she found purpose and community working alongside friends in her Methodist church, as well as through her volunteer efforts with Hospice and other meaningful organizations. Her compassionate spirit and genuine warmth touched every life she encountered.
