After years of knee pain that kept him from doing the things he loved - from riding his Harley to hunting in the Wisconsin snow - Dave Grob knew it was time for a change.

Thanks to a robot-assisted knee replacement performed by Dr. Susan Jolly and the dedicated team at Ozarks Healthcare, Dave is now back on his feet - walking, exploring, and living life without limits.

“I just went deer hunting in Wisconsin,” Dave said with a laugh. “I did a lot of walking through the snow and over stumps and everything else - which I swore I wasn’t gonna do, but I did it anyway.”

We are excited to welcome Joetta Luna, family nurse practitioner (FNP), to Ozarks Healthcare Family Care in West Plains! 🩺💚

Originally from Dora, Missouri, Joetta brings years of experience in home health, emergency medicine, and family care, along with a deep passion for serving her community. She provides care for patients of all ages, including diabetes and hypertension management, women’s health, wellness visits, and minor procedures.

“I’ve always known I wanted to go into healthcare,” she shared. “I love family medicine because every day is different, and I get to care for patients of all ages.”

When she’s not caring for patients, Joetta enjoys life on her family’s farm with her husband, four children, and their cattle.

We’re proud to recognize Dr. Samuel Evans of Ozarks Healthcare West Plains Family Medicine as our latest Coworker Spotlight Award recipient! 🌟

One patient’s family recently shared:

“When Dr. Evans first met my daughter, she was frail and battling severe juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, the effects of trauma, and years of addiction. Dr. Evans treated her with compassion, dignity, and encouragement. Because of him, she entered recovery, rebuilt her life, restored her relationship with her children, and even welcomed a healthy baby. Dr. Evans gave her a second chance at life.”

We are a not-for-profit medical referral center with over 1,300 employees, serving an eight-county area in south-central Missouri and north-central Arkansas.
